Returns Policy


To return a faulty item, please send an email with your name, address, order no, item description, and reason for the return authorisation. Once you have confirmation from us to return the item, simply post it back to us. (Please make sure that you use suitable packaging) and please include a description of why the product is been returned inside the packaging.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE SEND REGISTERED POST ONLY. We will replace a faulty product with the same item. If the product is no longer available we will offer to send you either a replacement of your choice or refund your money if you prefer. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 7 days from receipt of goods. You can send back a product within 7 days for refund providing that the packaging has not been opened and the item is still in a saleable condition. In these circumstances we will refund all postage costs incurred.


You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it for a refund. You are responsible for returning the goods in good condition and at your own cost. We will refund your money once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 7 days). Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of a faulty product or if we have sent you the wrong item by mistake.


Unfortunately we cannot exchange products unless they are received faulty or the wrong item is received incorrectly.


We do test every single return. If a returned product is found not to be faulty we will return the same product to you at your own cost.

Returning something bought online or by mail order

Under rules called The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, when you buy something 'at a distance' (online, or by mail or phone order), you have a 'cooling-off' period during which you can change your mind and cancel the order.

This cooling-off period gives you seven working days, starting from the day after you receive the goods, to cancel, and you do not have to give a reason for cancelling.

However, there are some items that you can't return:

  • CDs, DVDs or software if you've broken the seal on the wrapping
  • perishable items such as food and flowers, and
  • tailor-made or personalised goods.
